Kekkei Genkai Information/Description: Storm Release in this occacion is different from the normal storm release. In the zed clan, users of the clan does not use both water and lightning in this use, instead; if the member has lightning release, the users storm release will be much more like a cloud that expels lightning on it's own and by the users will. While the users with water release, will be using water with electricity imbeud in it (imagine the user caused a shower of water 'imagining someone made a technique like that' each drop of water would have electricity in it and cause shocks and even paralysis if they enter open wounds.)

Description: The user of this jutsu will cause approximately 10 seconds (2 posts) of a bright light to appear from nowhere, by statically charging the air in the location. This causes no damage, only illuminates for a short period of time. This light is bright but nowhere near a flash-bomb in potency. It's main limit is that it can only appear within 20 feet of the user. The other limit is that it can only appear behind the user themself.

Description: Much like its cousin jutsu, Senkou, it will cause a bright light. However this jutsu will only allow it to last for 5 seconds instead. The up-side to it, is that it can cause minor shocking damage to enemies who are near it, enough to numb their body. The light is equally as bright as Senkou. Has the same range, however it can be placed anywhere in front of the user as well, except right in the enemy's face.

Description: Focuses chakra into chosen fist, then fist begins to be covered by a little lightning then with one fast movement upper cut to the jaw, or which ever body part is free to hit. Takes one post to charge, three to cool down.
Limitations:
1.) A member may only have one of the two elements between lightning and water until they are of mental and physical maturity (also by rank otherwise; chuunin or jounin)
2.) Members of this clan may not conduct any earth release technique, what so ever.
