In this RPG there are a total of 4 stats:
* Strength
* Intelligence
* Stealth
* Accuracy
What each does should be pretty straight forward.
* Strength increases damage done by Swords & Axes
* Intelligence increases damage done by Spells & Potions
* Stealth increases the damage done by Katanas & Daggers
* Accuracy increases the damage done by Projectiles & Crossbows.
To increase them you will go to the training ground, this training ground is any area in the overworld or inside village but not the sub-boards.
each time you train you gain 1 eXp point + stat point increase to stats depending on rank + 1 extra to the stat you increase depending on plot title.
at each Lvl we need extra eXp to Lvl up again. and it be 1X each Lvl in eXp to level up again, so at Lvl 2 one should have 10 eXp points (Lvl = 5 x 2), we also get eXp by completing missions
5 eXp = 1 Lvl
10 Lvls = 1 rank
as a member of a alliance there is no eXp but there is something called clan points known as alliance points known as AP for short. keeping it simple, AP only affects how much credit(gald) you get in terms of + 50 for each rank, x 50 for each class
there are 3 classes each with 5 ranks, 10 points to raise your rank, 40 points to raise your class. you gain points by mission topics, plots
Other then this, there is ryo. Ryo does not directly effect damage done by attacks, but in order to obtain stronger weapons and spells, you need Ryo.
